Your files

All UseMore tools process your files on your own device, inside your browser or the UseMore app. Your PDFs, photos and documents are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them. Files you open stay in your device's memory only while the page is open and are cleared when you close or reload it.

What is stored on your device

• Details you type into the Resume Builder, so you can continue later. Use “Clear all” in the tool or clear your browser data to remove them.
• Small settings such as light/dark theme and your recently used tools.
• Offline copies of the website and of the reading engines (OCR, background removal, photo enhancement) so the tools load faster.
• In the Android app, files you save go to Documents/UseMore on your phone. Temporary copies made for sharing are deleted the next time the app starts, and files shared into the app from other apps are deleted after they are opened.

Information we collect

We do not ask for an account, name or email to use the tools. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Advertising and cookies

UseMore is free because of ads. On the website we may use Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager; in the Android app we use Google AdMob. Some downloads offer an optional short “rewarded” ad, which you can always cancel. These partners may use cookies, device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID) and similar technologies to show and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your visits to this and other websites or apps. You can manage personalised ads at Google Ads Settings, opt out at aboutads.info, or reset your advertising ID in your phone settings. Children

UseMore is not directed at children under 13.
